3 - Acceptance of the conditions of sale
By placing an order on this website, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept all the general and payment and sale conditions.
THE CUSTOMER DECLARES THAT THE MEASUREMENT INDICATED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER IS THAT OF THE SPACE BETWEEN THE WALL.
The bulkheads sold on this website are single-panel up to a height of 120 cm, for higher measurements
it should be noted that they will be supplied divided into two or more panels at the exclusive decision of our technician.

4 - TIMES AND METHODS OF DELIVERY
Delivery by the Courier is carried out during normal working hours, therefore it is necessary to indicate an address where there is someone who can receive the shipment and a telephone number.
In case of "non-delivery", the courier will leave a notice of passage.
In any case, you can contact the courier to arrange any new delivery.
Our company is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to the courier or to force majeure (example: traffic blockages, bad weather, etc.). Furthermore, any delays will not give the buyer any right and/or title to any claim for damages.

5 - RETURN:
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS BUILT ON SPECIFIC NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER.

6 - SHIPPING COSTS:
SHIPPING COSTS ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.

7 - Production times
The expected time for the production of the anti-flooding bulkheads is approximately 48 hours.
N.B. For multiple orders the production time may increase.

9 - WARRANTY.

STOP FLOODING
To take advantage of the guarantee, the customer must provide photographic documentation and declare the defect found in writing.
The document sent must specify the defect found.
The disputed products must be returned to the Seller according to the instructions sent by the seller and with any transport costs borne by the buyer.
If the Seller finds the defect exposed and described in detail, he will repair the products with subsequent delivery at the expense of the seller.
Otherwise, the repair and subsequent transport costs will be borne by the buyer.
The guarantee in question is excluded when the defects are not attributable to the seller such as:
accidental causes,
Transport damage,
Improper use or maintenance.
Inadequacy of the environment where the product is installed.
Modifications and various substitutions not made by the Seller.
Installation not performed as instructions provided in a workmanlike manner.
Use of unsuitable and suitable, defective and improper and inadequate products.
Incorrect or partial assembly.
Damaged gaskets.
Accidental falls with relative damage to the joint sealant.
Barrier positioning incorrectly.
The warranty, within the limits set, has a duration of twenty-four months from the date of purchase.

I notify:
Any repairs to the product made during the warranty period
will not renew the product warranty or extend its expiration. Notice:
The wrapping and packaging of the products are carried out by us with the utmost care and attention.
Any disputes for serious external damage to the package (example: package completely open, crushed package, broken cardboard, etc.) must be immediately raised to the Courier and reported on the waybill; otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.
Our company declines all responsibility for damage caused to the goods attributable to incorrect transport of the package by the courier.
The warranty does not cover damaged seals and other wear materials.
Attention - the products are handcrafted.

10 - Bulkhead colour:
The color supplied is of the standard silver finish type.

11 - Orders
To place an order you must be of legal age and you must also use the "Electronic Cart" and fill in the registration form following the instructions that will be indicated during compilation.

13 - The Seller may not accept your purchase order proposals.
The sale is concluded when payment arrives from the customer.
